REV Service and Repair Center – East
Located in Decatur, IN, REV Group’s state-of-the-art RV Service and Repair Center offers a wide variety of repair and maintenance solutions in this 84,800 sq, ft. facility. Our RVIA certified technicians, many with more than 20 years of experience and factory assembly backgrounds, staff this technical center. ASE certified diesel chassis technicians are available to perform chassis and generator service. With a REV Genuine Parts distribution center located next door and the factory a few blocks away, our capabilities are extensive. And while you’re with us, camp for free in our adjacent campground, which will soon feature 49 paved campsites.

The West Coast REV RV Service and Repair Center in Coburg, Oregon features more than 32,000 sq. ft. of space and is staffed by 17 skilled associates. Nobody knows RV repair better than the service center’s veteran technicians who average more than 15 years of experience. The facility services more than 900 RVs per year, making customer satisfaction the cornerstone of this reputable service center. Located 1 hour, 40 minutes south of Portland, Coburg is nestled in between two national forests – Williamette National Forest to the east and Suislaw National Forest on the coast. The Pacific Ocean is just an hour and a half away, making this a favorite service center for REV guests.

The Monaco RV warranty program is one of the industry’s most comprehensive programs and includes systems, appliances, components and construction, with no deductible and no service charge. This warranty is a 12-month/24,000-mile basic limited warranty, a 5-year/50,000-mile limited warranty on aluminum or steel frame structure, and 3-year/50,000-mile limited warranty on the chassis.
